Our founder, Barbara, has climbed the nursing ladder, starting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and progressing to become an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN). This journey has equipped us with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that healthcare professionals encounter throughout their careers.

The Drive for Change
As an APN, Barbara yearned for a change of scenery, a shift from the hospital bedside to the comforts of working from home. This change, she believed, would provide a better work-life balance and the flexibility to adapt to different professional demands.
