What is the process of using your services?

My seamless licensure process can be done in 3 steps:

1. Intake form and application preparation

• Your details will be gathered through our user-friendly intake form, enabling the creation of a comprehensive professional profile. Subsequently, I will diligently prepare all necessary documents and personally guide you through the application process tailored to the requirements of your specific state. Additionally, I will assist in obtaining license verifications, transcripts, and any other documents needed for your application submission.

2. Application submission and tracking.

• Once the application is finalized, I will provide you with a copy for your approval before submission. Throughout the process, I will keep you informed with regular updates. I will meticulously track all components of the application to ensure accurate and timely processing. Furthermore, I will maintain communication with the board reviewer until your license is granted, ensuring a seamless process."

3. Application approval and Licensing. 

• Once your License is granted, you can choose our maintenance And renewal subscription and I will maintain your licenses.  

What part of the process will I be responsible for?

You will be responsible for approving your application prior to submission, notarizing if applicable, fingerprinting, and completing any test or trainings required by the board. I will assist with coordinating the fingerprinting/ background check process for all 50 states, including the step-by-step instructions.

Are there any additional fees besides your service fee?

Yes, my service fee is separate from the charges imposed by the state nursing board, credentials holders, transcript request, license verification fees, or any other miscellaneous fees required to complete your licensure. I will work closely with you to ensure transparency in coordinating these payments.

How do I guarantee the security and confidentiality of your information?

What happens to my information once the process is complete?

Your information will remain securely stored in my database. You'll no longer need to complete state medical license applications or renewals. When you're ready to apply for licensure in another state, a simple phone call or email to me will initiate the process.

What is the typical duration for processing, spanning from initiation to completion?

Answering this question presents a challenge due to several influential variables. It fundamentally hinges on the desired destination state(s) and the applicant's specific background. Broadly speaking, the processing period in most states extends from 1 to 6 months. Factors contributing to potential delays encompass:

1. Opting for a state with a high influx of applicants.
2. Opting for non-compact states
3. Elaborate or challenging professional histories that necessitate extensive verification.
4. A track record involving malpractice allegations, disciplinary actions, criminal convictions, and similar issues.

What role am I expected to play in the process if I decide to employ your agency's services?
