Additional Fees:
Add $100 per RN license if submitted alongside an NP license in a non-compact state.

Maintenance & Renewal Plan $250/month

Our Maintenance & Renewal Subscription takes this responsibility off your plate, offering continuous, behind-the-scenes support to ensure you never miss a renewal deadline.

Controlled Substance & DEA Registration Support $100 each
Comprehensive application assistance for DEA and state-level controlled substance registrations.
If you prescribe controlled substances, you may need both a federal DEA registration and, in many states, a state-level Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). We handle the entire process for each—so you can stay compliant without the paperwork hassle.

Many states require providers to hold a CSR in addition to their DEA number. We manage all paperwork, application preparation, and submission on your behalf.

DEA Registration

License & Certification Renewal Support – $100 each

Individual State License Renewals
Each state has its own renewal timeline and requirements, which may include CEU documentation and forms. We manage the entire renewal process for any RN or NP state license—including gathering requirements, completing the application, and submitting it on your behalf.

Board Re-certifications
Nurse practitioners must re-certify through a national board every 5 years. We assist with the full re-certification process for both:
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB)
You provide the CEUs and practice hours—we take care of the rest.
Cost: $100 per board re-certification
