Who We Serve

We primarily work with:

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Nurse Practitioners (NPs / APRNs)

And, by request, other licensed healthcare professionals such as PAs and physicians

Our services are especially helpful for providers who:

Are applying for multi-state licensure

Are transitioning into telehealth or multi-state practice

Are too busy to keep up with every board’s changing requirements

Want a clear system to track licenses, CEUs, renewals, and credentials in one place

Streamlined Medical Licensing Solutions

Convenient Licensing helps RNs, NPs, and other healthcare providers navigate the complex world of state licensing, renewals, DEA/CSR registrations, and ongoing compliance. We combine expert guidance with a secure online portal so you always know what’s done, what’s pending, and what’s next—without having to live inside board portals and paperwork.

Our mission

Licensing should not be the reason you’re delayed in seeing patients or starting a new role.

Our mission is simple:
To make licensing and renewals more organized, predictable, and manageable for healthcare professionals, so you can focus on patient care—not paperwork.

We do this by:

  • Breaking down complex requirements into clear, state-specific steps
  • Organizing your documents, deadlines, and tasks inside a secure portal
  • Handling as much of the administrative work as possible on your behalf
  • Giving you tools and structure whether you prefer DIY, assisted, or full-service support

Our Story
Convenient Licensing was founded by Barbara Raymond, FNP, a nurse practitioner who has personally experienced how frustrating and confusing licensing can be—especially across multiple states.

After navigating:

Different board processes
Endless forms and conflicting instructions
Changing rules for telehealth, DEA, and controlled substance registrations
…she realized most providers simply don’t have the time or mental bandwidth to manage it all on their own.

What started as helping a few colleagues with licensure turned into a dedicated, structured service: a place where healthcare professionals can offload the heavy administrative work to someone who actually understands how the boards operate—while still maintaining control and awareness of their own credentials.

What Makes Convenient Licensing Different

Built by a provider, for providers
We understand the realities of clinical life, job changes, and family responsibilities. Our services are designed with that in mind.

Clear structure instead of overwhelm
Instead of handing you a stack of forms, we give you checklists, timelines, and a portal that keeps everything in one place.

Options that fit how you like to work
Choose from:

  • Self-Service (DIY) – Tools and portal, you drive
  • Limited Service – You complete the forms, we handle the rest
  • Full Service – Completely done-for-you
  • Maintenance & Renewal Plan – Ongoing compliance support once you’re licensed

Real communication, not silence
We keep you updated with portal statuses, email reminders, and direct communication when boards request something new, so you’re never left wondering where things stand.

How We Work (High-Level)

We keep the process straightforward:

  1. Intake & Planning – You complete a single intake form. We review your background and goals and map out what’s required, state by state.
  2. Preparation & Submission – Depending on your plan, we either give you structured tools to do it yourself, or we prepare and submit applications for you and manage supporting documents and follow-ups.
  3. Tracking, Approvals & Renewals – We monitor progress, communicate with boards as needed, and, once you’re licensed, help you stay on top of renewals and re-certifications through our Maintenance & Renewal Plan.

Boards and regulatory agencies always make the final licensing decisions—but we make sure your side of the process is organized, complete, and moving.
