Renewal cycle and due date

  • $35 for each NP certificate held, plus $73 for RN registration.

      If you answer yes to any of the questions regarding convictions, charges or disciplinary actions, you must submit a brief explanation of the actions and circumstances and list any other states where you hold a current license to practice (include license numbers and effective date of licensure) to the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions, Public Information Unit, 89 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12234.
