Renewal cycle and due date

      Every Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, professional or practical nurse so licensed who wishes to renew his or her license shall file with the Department a renewal application duly executed together with a renewal fee (non-refundable) as set forth in the Fee Structure for Licensing, Laboratory and Administrative Services Provided by the Department of Health (Part 10-05-2 of this Title) before the fifteenth (15th) day of February of that year.
  • A granted renewal becomes effective March 2 and expires March 1 two years later, unless sooner suspended or revoked.

Continuing education

  • 10 hours in the preceding 2 years.

Late, expired or inactive licenses
